Meet Sandi & Charles

I (Sandi) started my life of ministry in the missions of Southern California. From there I worked in the ghettos of San Francisco, with Jews for Jesus in its infancy, traveled with a Christian band and produced Christian concerts in San Fran featuring local talent and recording artists. Upon moving to Texas, I married and began a 20 year commitment to leading worship for Cowboys for Christ conventions. Parallel to that time I was serving as Worship Leader for churches, raising up worship teams and banner, intercession and dance teams for a full expression of the arts in church services. I have recorded two albums and appeared on various Christian shows, CBN 700 club being one that both Charles and I were featured on.

Charles and I are both ordained ministers, having received our ordination together many years ago. My husband, Charles, was a PRCA rodeo hand, riding rough stock for eighteen years. When he gave his life to Jesus, he took the message of the cross to the bucking shoots of the rodeo. With the clear gifting of Evangelist, he was a featured speaker at Cowboys for Christ conventions and answered countless calls to preach the Word. His every day life was filled with salvations, baptisms in the Holy Spirit and healings.

When we married we became a team in ministry and spent many years on the road on weekends to hold meetings all over Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. We have spent the bulk of our married life holding meetings in our home with different purposes, but always to minister to the individual need. Worship has been and is the overall scope of our pursuit. Now we are putting RiverStones online and this takes us to a whole new audience. Its going to be fun to see what God has in store!

Obviously this photo ^ will be one of BOTH of you ;-)

A FEW FUN FACTS

  • I (Sandi) love period dramas! And if they are English, I love them more!
  • Give Charles a good Western, a bag of Fritos and a chunk of cheddar cheese and he is a happy man!
  • WE LOVE SUGAR!! But it doesn't love us! Why can't it be a healthy food group?
  • There is a lot of laughter around our house. We have decided life will be fun even in the hard times!
  • Grandchildren: they rule our lives and we love it! Its like getting to do our kids all over again without the responsibility. What fun!
